LACTOSCAN
Technical specifications — part I

Lactoscan is supplied in different versions. Choose between Lactoscan 90, 60, and Lactoscan 30. To obtain the optimal guaranteed performance on results of your local milk, you can make your own local adjustments to the device calibration. The adjustment can be made for all milk programs and cream and for all parameters.
LACTOSCAN
Pre-calibrated for 3 types milk — cow milk, sheep milk and UHT. On customer's request the calibrations could be for another milk types (buffalo milk, goat milk, skim milk, whey, ice-cream mixtures, recovered milk and cream).
Measuring parameters: fat, protein, lactose, solids-non-fat (SNF), freezing point, added water, milk temperature, solids, density, pH.

Calibration principle

Calibration procedure
•  integrated in the devices with LCD display
•  devices with 4 LED display — easy-to-use PC software and data storage

Corrections
Use only two samples — low FAT and high FAT
